Your Guide
I am Amit Namdev — an E‑RYT 500 certified yoga teacher, EFT & NLP therapist, and FitIndia Ambassador with over 20 years of teaching experience since 2004. I have taught yoga, pranayama, Reiki and breathwork to thousands of students from all over the world — first across India (McLeod Ganj, Goa, Dharamsala), and now from my base in Da Nang, Vietnam, both in person and online.
My approach blends the ancient science of yoga with practical, accessible techniques for the modern body under stress. Whether you are dealing with a lung condition, anxiety, poor sleep, or simply feeling disconnected from your body — I have guided students through all of these, with the same tools we will use together in this retreat.
Teaching is not just my work — it has been my passion since the day I discovered yoga in 2004. I am still learning through every student I meet. I look forward to meeting you.

Questions
Absolutely not. This retreat is designed for complete beginners as well as those with some experience. All techniques are taught from scratch with clear guidance. If you can breathe and sit or lie down comfortably, you can do this.
A stable internet connection, a quiet space to sit or lie down, and something comfortable to wear. A yoga mat is helpful but not required — a blanket on the floor works perfectly.
Yes. All participants receive recordings of both sessions after the retreat. You can revisit the practices as many times as you like.
The techniques taught in this retreat are gentle and therapeutic. However, please consult your doctor if you have a serious medical condition before joining. If you have any specific concerns, feel free to message me before booking — I am happy to advise.
The retreat will be held in Vietnam Time (ICT / GMT+7). To convert: London 10 AM · Paris/Berlin 11 AM · New York 5 AM. The Google Meet link will be sent to you immediately upon booking.
I offer a full refund if you contact me up to 24 hours before the first session. After the retreat begins, refunds are not available as recordings will have been shared.
