Never done yoga before? Don’t worry, here I have created this step-by-step 6 days of yoga that can easily be done by any age or body type.
If you are not flexible, then you will gain flexibility gradually and will be able to join intermediate yoga after these 6 classes. These classes can also be joined by an intermediate or advanced yogi to enhance their awareness and experience the traditional Hatha Yoga.
You may follow each video for a week to get a good hold of each video’s practice. Establish a good foundation of yoga and Evolve. Remember to perform this yoga on an empty stomach and the best time to practice yoga is between 3;00 am to 8:00 am or 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
