Keeping these 7 chakras unblock, open, and in balance is essential for our overall health and well-being.
Unfortunately, it’s all too easy for our chakras to become blocked.
This can happen due to stress, trauma, negative thinking, and even poor diet.
When our chakras are blocked, we may start to feel physically and emotionally out of balance. We may feel fatigued, anxious, or depressed.
We may also have trouble sleeping, concentrating, or connecting with others.
