20 min Hatha Yoga Full Body Practice

If you’re looking for an easy and effective way to stretch and exercise your entire body, try a 20-minute hatha yoga routine. This type of yoga is a great way to get your heart rate up and release tension in your muscles.

To begin, find a comfortable spot on the ground and position your hands on your knees with your palms facing up. Inhale and lift your chest and upper spine off the ground, extending your legs straight behind you.

Exhale and slowly lower your spine back to the ground. Repeat the entire sequence five times. Or simply start your practice below.
